This laptop is exceptional. I bought it for school and it functions really great. The touch screen features are also nice. Over all the laptop is great! And has a sleek silver design.

I needed to replace my older laptop, and came across this one on Amazon. I compared it to what I had and it fit the bill. The only trouble that I am having is trying to tech an old dog new tricks (there's an actual number pad on the side of the computer, which my older one didn't have. This moved the entire keyboard to the left, but I am getting used to it! It's lightweight and a super deal. It took me a time to transfer all of my old files over, but I'm finally very happy with it, It also came with a portable drive, which was easy enough to request from the manufacturer!

Shipped fast however, computer did not work as soon as it was turned on. The screen kept blinking on and off. Returned.

I honestly had no choice but to buy this at the moment because my old Hp 15 decided to take its last breath yesterday. I could have spent a little extra to get a larger screen but I said "There can't be much of a noticable difference." That is beyond an understatement, it is far too tiny for me and I am likely going to return it so that I can get a much larger screen that I can actually see. If you have really good vision (20/20 or 20/15) this would be an affordable option for you. It's not a bad laptop for simple tasks such as icollege, surfing the web, streaming movies via hdmi to your tv and etc. The only downside to this laptop (which is an obvious one based on the dimensions) is the fact that the screen is too small. It's slim and lightweight design is actuallya plus. If it had a 15.6 inch screen like the hp 15 witht he same slim design it would be arguably one of the best laptops I've owned. I just have poor vision and cannot strain to see the screen. So I will likely be returning this laptop later this week. It came packaged really well, was already charged a bit, and seems to hold power pretty well. I'm honestly going to give it a few days to see if my eyes can adjust but.... more than likely I will be returning it to purchase a 15.6 inch screen laptop. I don't care about the processor and stuff like that because I already have a pc with super crazy specs for gaming. I just need a reasonably sized screen.Update: I decided to keep the item and give it a try. It's actually quite the bang for the buck! I decided to update it from 3 to 4 stars simply because it is very portable, fast enough to do school work and surf the web and the design isn't that bad. I don't believe that it is a 5 star item in comparison to other options, but it is definitely not a 3 star item either. Plus, it arrive on time right when I needed it. If I decide to upgrade to a different computer I will give this one to a relative. However, I actually like this product. If you decide to buy this item give it a chance to see if it's what you want. You might end up liking it too.

I struggle with laptops, whereas I appreciate their portability, I wrestle with hand placement. The keyboard often seem to be an afterthought then an ongoing consideration.My new laptop is amazing! Roomy keys, touch screen and speed. It's the perfect tool for Bible studying, or working from home. One of my favorite purchases from Amazon.

For a brand new computer, this thing has been baggy out of the box. Takes more than a few seconds to respond to opening/closing apps. On ocassion, I'll close a tab on Firefox and have time to go downstairs to get a snack before it closes and the device is usable again. I use firefox across all devices and this device is the only one that has ever had that issue. And i wish it was a one time thing but it has happened four separate times as of writing this review. The trackpad gestures dont actually turn off despite me switching them off in the settings so if you purchase this and intend to use it for writing be aware the trackpad will pick up any little motion and jump you around not only in your document but also to other apps. The screen is awful, you have to get it in juat the right spot or you wont be able to see a thing. It's lightweight but thats because its probably made with the cheapest plastic they could get. It feels incredibly cheap when typing on the keyboard. Would go with something else.

This laptop fulfilled a need for connecting when on the move. Good quality.

Part of the draw to this product was the Microsoft office bundle. It didn’t come with the computer. I requested it per the instructions and have yet to receive it.

Been three months to purchase and facing many problems: 1. First month, earphone jack stopped working, have to restart to make it work every time 2. Second Month, Wifi driver started giving problem, have to restart for this too 3. Eventually Display gone, dead black screen, cant do anything. Contact HP support they said Product should be in US to repair, and Amazon is charging $181 for return as 15 days return is over.
