There is nothing wrong with these Lady Fingers at all. Unfortunately, how Amazon ships them to their customers leaves much to be desired. I needed some to make a Trifle. I ordered from Amazon (mistake), and when they arrived, except for two fingers, all were broken/crushed.Basically, they threw them into a box with "other stuff" and did not stop them from moving around. If you can source locally, I would highly suggest you do that.

We used it to make our first tiramisu and let me tell you the consistency and the texture was just beyond perfect. Loved it. And gonna buy it again for sure.

I had a hard time finding quality lady fingers and these lady fingers were awesome! They arrived in great condition and the cost for them was appropriate.

Love the delicate cookies but package from Amazon was laughable. The cookies arrived in many broken pieces due to undesirable shipping container precautions.

The delivery was great but the Maestro Massimo ladyfingers I purchased for $10 a bag were both 2 months past the BB date!! Will not purchase again!!
