Super simple and reusable!!!
Living in Texas we have to wrap our pipes every winter - after using other devices for years we upgraded to these. It was super easy. Just turn off the water - add the sleeve and wrap the velcro (sp?) around the closing. We just removed them, wiped off the polen (it's spring now) and stored them for next year. The pack came with more than we needed so we gifted them to a neighbor.
