These white ink gel pens were a pleasant surprise. I've been on the hunt for pens like these that write smoothly. These also work nicely on watercolor paper. The ink flows consistently with minimal pooling, it does happen occasionally. I love how opaque they dry!

These white gel pens are comfortable to hold, and the ink flows smoothly. I liked how easily the ink comes out, creating bold white lines. However, the ink isn't very thick, so the color can sometimes look uneven. Also, sometimes, the pen seems to hesitate after a few letters, though scribbling can get it going again.With pretty much all white gel pens you kind of have to use up the pen within a couple of months of opening it, as white gel ink just seems to dry out pretty quickly compared to regular black or blue ink pens. (I have found the same to be true for colorful gel pens too.)While these pens aren’t perfect, they still work fine. The multipack is useful in case one pen stops working.Since gel ink is known to dry out fast, especially with white pens, don't expect perfection and you'll be fine.

These white gel ink pens are pretty nice! I enjoy taking notes on black paper because it adds a unique flair, and these pens deliver. The ink flows smoothly and consistently, making writing a pleasure. Plus, they don’t smudge easily, which is a huge plus for me. Overall, I’m quite pleased with this purchase and would definitely recommend them for anyone looking to add some creativity to their notes!

I wasn't expecting much when I ordered these - anyone who has tried white gel pens knows that finding one that works consistently and opaquely is rare - which is why the UniBall one is considered the best. However, the UniBall pen has a 1.0mm point; these have a 0.8mm - and that 0.2mm is not negligible when it comes to pens and writing.These were a wild surprise - not only did they write consistently and dry opaquely (they write a little less so, but when they dry, they are solid), but they kept up with my handwriting without any skips. I tried signing my name, writing out phrases, and these pens kept up without any skipping through the text. I kept thinking it was a fluke - like I said, pens like this are hard to find - but they kept up with what I gave them, and still managed to end up looking great.Like all gel pens, they don't work well if you write and then write over them while they are still wet (there are tracks left in the ink), but once you let them dry, they are fine.I've already added the 0.6mm set of 6 to my cart, hoping this lightning strikes twice! If you're looking for a well-working gel pen, these are for you.

I ordered these pens for a very specific purpose. I have a reading journal and one of the page spreads is of a bookshelf filled with books with blank spines. As you read over the course of the year, you fill in the names of the books you've read. When I do this, I like to actually color in the book spines as well, but it's extremely challenging to find pens that will write over the colored pencil wax. I have tried both black and white pens, with various types of ink, types of tips, widths of tips, etc. Nothing has ever worked well.While these pens still aren't perfect, they are among the best I've tried. The ink flows pretty freely, and provides a nice bold, white line. I did run into issues where it would for a few letters of the book title, and then wanted to stop working. I'd have to just scribble some circles on a piece of plain paper, then it would work again. Sometimes I could get the pen to work for longer stretches. I think what happens is that the wax sticks to the tip of the pen and then prevents the pen from being able to write normally.I don't know if a perfect pen exists for my specific need, and if that's the case, then I would stick with these moving forward, as they are truly the best option I've found.I do like that they come as a multi pack as well, so that if one ever stops working completely, I have plenty more in the pack that I can use.The real test with these will be seeing if they still work 6 months from now, a year from now, etc. Gel ink seems like it dries out or stops working much quicker than regular ink. So my review is based on just receiving them and using them for a project. Only time will tell how well they do long term.

I've got some Sakura white pens, and while they work just fine, I like these better. It seems that the ink is different, in that it doesn't soak into the paper as much as the Sakuras do, which results in not having to go over the lines again once it's dry. I use them for doodling on watercolor backgrounds, and they are working beautifully. One small con is that sometimes the ink starts to pool a little bit on the tip, but it's not a problem if you're aware of it. I always have some paper or a paper towel handy anyway, so I just give it a little wipe and it's good to go again. Very smooth with no stutters. At about $1.96 a pen, they're certainly worth the price compared to other white gel pens which can be really expensive. So as long as these don't dry up too fast, these will be my go to pens from now on.

I liked the size of the tip, and the comfort of the pen. The flow is great. The ink comes out smoothly with no interruption. My only complaint is that the ink is not thick, so there is uneven distribution of the color.

I really like these SMOOTHERPRO white gel ink pens. They are just what I needed for my black sticky notes. With this 10 pack I don't have to worry about where I left the pen. I keep a pen everywhere I need it; on my desk, on my nightstand, in the kitchen, in the dining room, next to the refrigerator, on the washer, in the garage cabinet, and I still have a few in the drawer.
