I really want to give it a go because of the picture quality and for the good features but I took over an hour trying & ...
I am not sure why I cannot use my WiFi after camera was set-up! Initially, the pictures were very clear and crisp but as soon as I went to set it up using my WiFi, the whole system shut down and keeps saying it is OFFLINE and simply does not work. I removed the camera and set it up over and over again but still, the system just will not work. I really want to give it a go because of the picture quality and for the good features but I took over an hour trying & troubleshooting to no success.

Great little camera, simple and clear. I needed help connecting to wifi, and customer service walked me through the set up process.

The app does not work anymore.
The app sucks and it stopped working. I had luck doing the following:1. Connect the camera to a power source and then to your modem/router with an Ethernet cable.2. Log in to the admin account of your router/modem and go to the land section of it, then go the client list and note the cameras up address.3. Download ip cam viwer lite or pro (I own pro but lite work just as good). Run the app and add the cam. Under setting go to more viewing opt, launch url something. Use the default logging for the cameras (after you log in change default logging) unable wifi and save the changes.The next step is optional because I could not get sound/mic and notification with Up cam.4. Go to the play store and download Hsp2pcam and add the cameras searching for under lan. Once added go to settings, then wifi and add the cameras . Under settings you get to customize your triggers and notification as you please.

Almost work well enough
Why this gets 3 Stars.1 - Good image quality, Great price for PTZ camera2 - App works well, has a lot of features, but it can be smoother and presented better.Negative 3 stars - Reasons for returning it.1 - Cant use hidden SSID or guest network. For security hiding you SSID or using a guest network limits your exposure to hackers.2 - Needs to be reboot every 2 days, setup on Sunday, and already will need to reboot 3 times by Friday. If it needed to be reset this many times, this would be a 1 star product.3 - Need to constantly keep login to use the app, if you dont logout it will run in the background eating up your battery on the phone.It could be a bad camera that I received but coupled with the SSID issue, I am not comfortable using this camera and will not recommend it for security reasons.

Works great with Blue Iris, but not intuitive to set up
This is a decent camera at a great price, especially since it supports RTSP for Blue Iris support. The image quality is on par or better than some of the other cameras I've been through. I like that the antennae is internal on this unit.For some inexplicable reason, it makes a very loud audio announcement when it turns on. There is no setting in the iOS app to disable this nor control much else like IR lights.I'm a little torn on this unit. I like the hardware, but the software and configuration is severely lacking. Hopefully it will get better.

It’s ok
Worked great for a couple months. Then it corrupted its SD card which meant all my recordings were lost. The microphone also makes a ticking noise now which means audio recordings are difficult to discern. The app for it is pretty good most of the time but it doesn’t save angle presets well. On the plus side it’s very easy to position and monitor and the night vision is good. Needs polishing to be a great item.
