I just received this today. It's a little cumbersome at first but it really works well . The two levels of intensity is great. Heat settings perfect. Very low noise, if at all. Used on my neck and after the 15 minutes of recommend use, my neck & movement increased tremendously.

I carry a LOT of pain and tension in my neck and shoulders. Being a custom cake baker I am forever hunched over a counter working on a million things. This massager has been exactly what I’m looking for!The straps for your hands make it so easy to pull the massager closer or let it loosely sit so that you get the exact pressure you want in the exact spot you want. I like to slide my hands through and hold it up with my wrists for when I want to still use my phone and relax at the same time. Its shape makes it so easy to hold anywhere on your back for all over pain relief! It also comes with a cover Incase you need extra light protection. And a bonus car charger for on the go.I love that it has different levels of speed, heat, and rotation settings so you can easily change it up and customize the perfect massage! This device is definitely getting regular use for me.

The media could not be loaded. I had the expensive designer Brookstone massager, looks exactly the same only a little bigger and heavier, however after a couple years the battery for cordless charge stopped working and it was never the same. Everything great about the High-End brand massager, this massager has...only even better! Honestly happily surprised that for some a less expensive price, this one offers an even better massage because the battery, though not cordless like my previous one, is reliable and keeps it going. I use for my back scoliosis and for my stomach pains at night - this massager is honestly a lifesaver and I recommend anyone with IBS or back spinal pain to order! I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because it doesn't heat up as hot as brookstones (it does heat up just fine tho!) and because I wish the cord was longer. I would say I wish it was a cordless charge like the Brookstone one, but I learned the hard way that in the long run cordless doesn't last for high power and often used massagers. Overall: HIGHLY RECOMMEND, honestly!!

I’ve heard a lot of goods things about this massager, so I had to get one for myself. Gives great massages, I love the design with the handles so you can place the massager exactly where you want. Great value for the price.

This is a really good massage, the straps allow you to put your arms through them however that is doing you an injustice. hold on to them and direct this thing up and down your back controlling the massage like you would control a towel on your back side. if you want to concentrate on the underside of the shoulder blade you can do it. if you want to move it to your lower back you can do it. it has tons of potential and I love the feel of the kneading, much better then vibrating massages.

I was very pleasantly surprised with the functionality of this massager. You control the pressure by putting your hands through the stirrups. This is not just a neck massager. You can use it very easily on your back and legs as well. The build quality is very good as well. At this price point it would make an excellent christmas present for sure!

I purchased this to replace my previous Comfier massager. This looked identical to what I had, & I'd been so pleased with that one, I was interested in replacing it with the same thing. There are many differences with this one, and it's MUCH lower quality. The default speed is FAST, which doesn't offer any relief. It can be slowed down, but it's still faster than the previous model. The arms don't fasten together, like the previous model, so it's a bit harder to keep in place. Overall, it gets the job done but when it "dies" (as they all do, eventually) I will replace with a different brand.

I have had other good shoulder and neck massagers of this style and this one is definitely the best. Unlike the others I have had, this one isn’t rechargeable, so it needs to be plugged in. Now I think that is a good thing because it is much lighter in weight and is significantly more powerful. Also, the massage nodes seem to be designed better, they pinch less and feel much more fluid. Very happy with this one.

I have a pinched nerve in my shoulder and this is the first massager that actually reached the right area to massage. It’s easy to maneuver to get it to reach the spot I need it to massage. Having two massage speeds is really nice allowing me to use the lower speed so it’s soothing not painful. The only thing that would make it better is if it was battery operated

Love the two modes, soft and hard. Able to place exactly where needed. Heat is also a plus.

This unit works as advertised to relieve neck and shoulder tension. After my first use I had the welcome pain that you receive after a good deep tissue massage. Subsequent uses have been very relaxing but the design makes it easier to add more pressure when you want it, even though it doesn't have a massage level button option. It doesn't get very warm with only one use so I have not used the cover that came with the device but it gets warmer with consecutive uses in a single sitting. Definitely recommend!

I would never give up my regular massage sessions; I consider them as necessary as my chiropracter sessions. But sometimes the weeks inbetween are too long to go without loosening those muscles and tendons in my upper back, shoulders and neck. It's over 2 years since I bought the massager and it's still running! Definitely worth its price.
