Effective and Easy to Use
This fungal nail treatment device is surprisingly effective and easy to use at home! 💡 The combination of 910nm infrared light and 470nm blue light seems to work well in tackling toenail fungus. I noticed improvements after a few uses, and the device itself is compact and portable. The only downside is that you need to be consistent with usage to see results, which requires a bit of commitment. Overall, a reliable solution for those dealing with onychomycosis!

Too Small for Big Toe
I have had a vertical crack on my big toe for years and nothing I have tried so far has fixed it. I was hoping that this fungus cleaning light device from BARMI would do the trick. Unfortunately, as per the title, the device is far too small to fit my big toe and only goes about halfway in so doesn't close and hangs there feeling like it is going to fall off as well as feeling quite uncomfortable. As it is clear I will not be able to use this to test the effectiveness of the device I am only able to advise on the basics. It arrives in a small box, not much bigger than the device itself, and contains a small user guide in multiple languages along with a short USB to USB-C cable for charging. It did have a partial charge when it arrived but I put it on charge anyway and it has a little bar display to show the charge level. The device is on a spring clip so you just push back on the bottom end to open it up and put it on the affected digit. As soon as you open it the lights come on and the countdown timer starts counting back from 420 seconds (7 minutes) and goes out once it reaches zero at which point you take it off. It's a shame it doesn't fit my toe as I was really hoping to give this a more thorough test. As I cannot do that test though I can only give it a middling 3 star review.

Easy to use and light
The device is lightweight and fits nicely in my hand, it is easy to use on both fingernails and toenails. It's portable too, so I can easily toss it in my bag when I'm traveling or moving around the house. The rechargeable battery is a big plus. I've used it several times on a single charge, and it holds power well. Charging is simple and quick, and the LED indicator lets me know when it's fully charged.

Not seeing the effects yet
I've been using this for a month now, and haven't really seen too many signs of a healthier nail. The instructions do say that you need to use it for 3 months, twice a day. Each nail takes 7 minutes. The machine only covers one nail at a time, so if you are planning on treating each nail, this equates to over two hours a day. Which does seem like an awful lot of time to devote, especially for 3 months. There are other machines that cover all nails at once, so this may be a more efficient use of time. The machine is slightly clunky and covers the big toe well, but then not so well on the smaller toes. The way this works, is that the nail is enveloped and held in place with UV light on it. However, the way it fastens on to the toe can be painful, especially on the smaller toes. It can feel too tight and uncomfortable, especially if you have to keep it on for 7 minutes at a time.At certain times, the machine does seem to really overheat the toe, to the point I need to remove it as my toe just feels too hot and almost feels like it's burning. I'm not sure how dangerous this is.There is a countdown timer on the device, but it isn't easy to read, especially in bright light. There is also a blue light emitted, that goes off once 7 minutes are up. This is easier to see.All in all, I hope this works and will keep going for the three months, but I'm not seeing progress yet and the design does have some flaws.

I like it, but it's a little too early to tell
This is a really easy to use little device. You simply clip it over the infected toenail and the timer lights up and counts down the 420 seconds of treatment. There are four light sections within the top; three of which shine a 470nm blue light for disinfection, and the fourth looks like it's not working at all as it sends a 905nm fungicidal, pulsed infrared laser light which is invisible. So the device doesn't have a missing or failed bulb, the effect is just not visible. The device itself is well made of a good quality plastic that doesn't feel brittle or cheap, charges quickly and works as it should.Due to an accident I had some major foot trauma, part of which was the destruction of my big toe nail. As the toenail began to grow back I gained some fungal infection, it's tough to eradicate, and I don't get on with some of the topical treatments as they cause me inflammation.I've saved my review for this device until the last moment as toenails take a long time to grow, and fungal infection takes equally long to show signs of improvement.I've found there are occasions that I can feel some form of heat on the toe while using this, but nothing painful. As far as results go, over the last month of daily use there is a definite clear line across the new growth of toenail. If this continues then the fungal infection is receding as the toenail grows. So, for me, I can see a difference with using this.I can't 100% say this device is working, but I think it's promising from the present look of the growing toe nail. I will faithfully continue with this little machine as I really want to know if it solves the problem, and I will edit my review when I can give a definitive answer. I do like it, though, it's a lot nicer than other treatments. 4* for now as I'm hopeful in how my toenail looks.
