This is great for cuticle oil, I use jojoba and it makes application super easy.

These pens are so easy to use. Just fill them up and crank/turn the pen to allow the oil to come out of the brush. The first time you use them, you'll have to turn the top of the pen until all the air comes out. I put cuticle oil in them and I love how the brush glides over my hairs. It has a great coverage. The only con about these is that they are not reusable. Once the fluid is gone, the pen won't work again. I wish these were reusable.
