But an incident with Gavin's ex pours gasoline on an already volatile situation and these two clash with the hottest of sparks."I’d never thought of Daire Connery in any way other than the surly bastard with the permanent scowl. But now all I could think about was how damn good that scowl felt against me."Gavin and Daire are opposites in every way, but together they just fit. I loved how Daire empowered the normally passive Gavin to stand up for himself, and in return, Gavin softened all of Daire's rough edges and really brought out his protective side. Together, they're so passionate and the flames burn so bright between them."Daire was holding my hand. My breath caught as our fingers touched, and it was as if the entire world vanished and we were the only two there."For all the heat and passion between these two, they were also softer and swoonier than I expected. Daire is Gavin's diamond in the rough and Gavin is Daire's beacon of light. They fill the empty spaces in their life and make each other better people. Daire in particular surprised me quite a bit and I adored the way Gavin's steady loyalty brought out the parts of himself he'd pushed down and hid from the world."Gavin was the one bright light in a world that had been too dark for too long, and I wasn’t about to let him go, no matter how many self-sabotaging thoughts tried to break through."These two might just be my favorite Princes, and I enjoyed every second of their story! Though this is part of a series, it can be read as a standalone, and if there's only one book you decide to read from it, then this should be it (though you really should read all of them cause they're all so great!)

This book was a delight. Readers get to witness the journey of grumpy Daire unite with sweet Gavin. It was surprisingly relatable since we may have felt unworthy of love or been with someone who feel unworthy. It had heartwarming moments that would only make sense for these 2 characters.I loved the banter betweeen the guys. I'm glad the Princes from other books made appearances.I appreciate that although the Princes live in the same hotel & go to the same school they are so unique and readers can differentiate between them. Job well done!The teases for the next 2 books have me SALIVATING and waiting with bated breath for real!!

These two deserve their story. With Gavin always choosing the guys who publicly look perfect but privately are horrible ppl, he does it right this time. Choose the guy that publicly makes no sense and find the “hidden gem”. That’s just what happens with these two, and they both give themselves over to something unstoppable. Great read, and so far my favorite Park Avenue Prince story!

Eek, I’ve found my favorite prince and his name is Daire! I looooove it when the recalcitrant ones fall because they’re protective, possessive and so beautifully different with the one they love. The things we learn about Daire (and Gavin because he has his own surprises) had me spellbound and falling more in love with them with every moment they spent together. I adore how uber protective Daire is of Gavin, and revenge is definitely sweet, but Gavin holds his own when it comes to protecting Daire and I LOVE how Daire has someone looking out for him.“I’ve never had a real home before. Never had any direction or known what I wanted in life, until you. You’re my compass... I’d follow you anywhere.”Swoons, is it any wonder why I’m so enamored by these two? They’re smoking hot, cute (yes, Daire you are, Gavin is adorable), so sweet I want to lick them both up (yes again you are Daire) and the most flirty fun to read. I’m gonna savor the feelings they left me with until our next prince arrives.

This book starts with Gavin being physically assaulted by his boyfriend Joey. He breaks up with him because of it.Then Gavin proceeds to shove and hit (ASSAULT) Daire on multiple occasions.It just felt wrong and took away from the whole story line of Gavin being abused. The abused became the abuser. I didn’t like that.

We are back with Daire and Gavin's story in this salacious series about the princes of Park Avenue. Daire is closed off, grumpy, angry, and has a possessive streak a mile long, especially when it comes to his new roommate Gavin. There is definitely strong UST between them, but Gavin is coming off a bad relationship and Daire is battling his demons of abandonment so there is a ton of push and pull between them for awhile. Slowly but surely Gavin breaks down Daire's walls and when Daire finally gives in and goes all in with Gavin, that is where the book really took off for me. Daire navigating a relationship for the first time, was dare I say, sweet. He would do anything for Gavin including open up his heart and take a risk by falling in love. They were smoking hot together too, both in and out of the bedroom.This book was much darker than the others, both due to the way Daire released his pent up aggressions and due to a revenge plot against Gavin's ex. The revenge plot was extremely uncomfortable for me and detracted from my overall enjoyment of the romance for a bit, but once all of that was put behind us I really enjoyed seeing Daire's softer side and how it was only for Gavin. The rest of the Princes are back too, including East who is still the pot stirrer among the group. Bring on the next Prince, I can't wait to see more from this group!

No sabía que esperar de este libro ya que no conecte con los anteriores excepto el primero (west/JT los amo). Me doy una palmadita en el hombro por seguir con la saga, este libro me enamoro por completo, ojalá pudiera olvidarlo para volver a leerlo por primera vez.

How can you not love these two? I miss them already. Gavin is such a fierce, sweet guy and Daire.. sigh... I have no words.

Whew! Another amazing book in this series. The focus in this one is Daire - the grumpy bad boy that no one can get close to - and Gavin - supposedly an angel that no one is good enough for. At least according to Daire.But Gavin wants Daire. He shows Daire that he’s worth loving. Even Daire’s love of fighting won’t scare him off. And maybe Gavin isn’t as innocent as Daire thinks.

This book was everything and more.. Daire and Gavin are precious.. their story is simply beautiful..this is one of the best romance books I have read this year.. as we progress with the books in this series, it is becoming increasingly addictive.. I am so happy to have stumbled upon this gem, thank you
