Ella & Brooke have honestly got me in a ✨chokehold✨ with this series. It continues to just get better & better and I can’t keep up with it. I expect that ‘surely I can’t love it anymore than the last one..’ nope? I absolutely can. Don’t get me wrong, this series when complete I want on my kindle and in paperback, I just am obsessed.All of these boys, I want as my best friends, their bonds, connection and banter is unmatched. They protect each other at all costs and even though they will rip each other to shreds, they really would burn the world for each other and that’s something that gets me in my feels for real. I adore reading about their way of life, the elite upper class New Yorkers, the rich and ruthless, glamorous, charismatic boys, urgh just UNREAL. It’s something I’ve always enjoyed watching with G-G but make it MM? Hi this may be the combo of the century 🫦🤌🏾😚Daire is a character I’ve been dreaming about because he just is everything I love about a broody a-hole and he’s just so different from the rest of the boys so this book is something I’ve been keen for and ofc, it didn’t disappoint. The build up and edging of Gavin & Daire was steamy and I was so ready for this to just explode, the teasing of Gavin with his sultry and sexy ways, trying to entice bad boy Daire was humorous and funny, I enjoyed their chemistry with eachother and it made for such fun, intimate reading. Daire is fiercely protective, he had been along when it came to Gavin, there was always something about their bond. He had such a beautiful side to him, he was hurt and extremely guarded when it came to his heart and really, I don’t blame him when you get to the why. I truly loved everything about Daire and the development of him was just beautiful.Gavin was the pure and sweet but had a mischievous side to him that couldn’t wait to come out when it came to D, he just couldn’t help himself when provoking our broody, possessive King.I truly loved everything about Possessive Park Avenue Prince. This is def my fav of the series, but I'm not surprised there really is something about grumpy/sunshine that just gets the motor running, and Daire is the most surliest B there is.The fighter aspect, the protectiveness, the GROWLS!!!!. Get yourself a man who can do both though right? Well seeing the softer side of Daire almost had me completely melting.The character development was top tier, even with Gavin who seemed to get more and more confident as the book went on.It wasn't easy though, Daire was an idiot for a bit and it hurt my heart but it was all worth it in the end.

Yummy and delicious, dark grumpy bear Daire and soft not so sweet Gavin make the most perfect hot pair.Daire is truly misunderstood but he prefers out that way.   Gavin doesn't let Daire scare him off like he does everyone else,  he can see past the scowls and growls.I was hooked on this book from start to finish. I would've finished it in one sitting of I hadn't had to adult. This book was fire!Daire stole my heart this time.   I am so looking forward to seeing who will be next.   I've a feeling it will be Travis and Caleb or it could be East and Zac! You really don't know.  Well I don't.........

Every time I read one of the books from this series I am like ok, now this one is my fave and they keep getting better and better. It's true what they say it's like an mm gossip girl, the park avenue Princes are wild but they stick together. Daire is the perfect grumpy to Gavin's sunshine and he Gavin has the patience of a saint. I loved how Gavin fell fast but Daire fell harder. So glad they got their HEA and the posessiveness was hottttt. Another great book from this series I couldn't put it down.

Those seven richer than sin legacies who cause debauchery at the prestigious Astor University are back, and this time it's bad boy Daire who takes centre stage.When he agrees to let Donovans younger brother and baby of the group Gavin move into his apartment with him.Gavin, who he has always had a soft spot for and the one guy he goes out of his way to protect. Especially when he learns Gavins ex-Joey has put his hands on him.Much to Gavins horror.Who would rather have dealt with it himself.And the aftermath of Daire's actions leaves the pair living in an atmosphere colder than the arctic.But the sexual tension between them could melt the polar ice cap.Only Daire would never go anywhere near someone as sweet, relationship oriented, happy, genuine and sunny as Gavin.Yet, he hasn't counted on Gavin and the lengths he'll go to, to get his man.But Daire is stubborn and even if he does give in that will be it won't it?And with great character development, plenty of spice, angst, humour and sweetness. This was another brilliant addition to the series, and I genuinely loved getting to know more about Daire who is definitely the elusive one of the group.I would definitely recommend and can't wait for whoever story is next.P.S. I was waiting for this couple, and they didn't disappoint.Daire and Gavin were just great together. I loved reading about them in the other books, and finally, having their story was everything and more.Daire is so dark and twisted, and Gavin is light and nice. They balance each other out, and they work so well together.It takes time for Daire to come to term with this, but once he does... he really is everything.Can't wait for the next one!

No sabía que esperar de este libro ya que no conecte con los anteriores excepto el primero (west/JT los amo). Me doy una palmadita en el hombro por seguir con la saga, este libro me enamoro por completo, ojalá pudiera olvidarlo para volver a leerlo por primera vez.

How can you not love these two? I miss them already. Gavin is such a fierce, sweet guy and Daire.. sigh... I have no words.

Whew! Another amazing book in this series. The focus in this one is Daire - the grumpy bad boy that no one can get close to - and Gavin - supposedly an angel that no one is good enough for. At least according to Daire.But Gavin wants Daire. He shows Daire that he’s worth loving. Even Daire’s love of fighting won’t scare him off. And maybe Gavin isn’t as innocent as Daire thinks.

These two are like fire and ice. After a breach of trust takes them from being the unlikeliest of roommates to virtual strangers it takes them a while to find their footing again. But an incident with Gavin's ex pours gasoline on an already volatile situation and these two clash with the hottest of sparks."I’d never thought of Daire Connery in any way other than the surly bastard with the permanent scowl. But now all I could think about was how damn good that scowl felt against me."Gavin and Daire are opposites in every way, but together they just fit. I loved how Daire empowered the normally passive Gavin to stand up for himself, and in return, Gavin softened all of Daire's rough edges and really brought out his protective side. Together, they're so passionate and the flames burn so bright between them."Daire was holding my hand. My breath caught as our fingers touched, and it was as if the entire world vanished and we were the only two there."For all the heat and passion between these two, they were also softer and swoonier than I expected. Daire is Gavin's diamond in the rough and Gavin is Daire's beacon of light. They fill the empty spaces in their life and make each other better people. Daire in particular surprised me quite a bit and I adored the way Gavin's steady loyalty brought out the parts of himself he'd pushed down and hid from the world."Gavin was the one bright light in a world that had been too dark for too long, and I wasn’t about to let him go, no matter how many self-sabotaging thoughts tried to break through."These two might just be my favorite Princes, and I enjoyed every second of their story! Though this is part of a series, it can be read as a standalone, and if there's only one book you decide to read from it, then this should be it (though you really should read all of them cause they're all so great!)

This book was everything and more.. Daire and Gavin are precious.. their story is simply beautiful..this is one of the best romance books I have read this year.. as we progress with the books in this series, it is becoming increasingly addictive.. I am so happy to have stumbled upon this gem, thank you
