The mask arrived quickly and well packaged. The external cover is soft and seems to be good quality with one side for use with heat, and the other for cold. The mask is comfortable to wear and maintains heat or coldness for the 10 minutes needed for a session. I find it effective and soothing. It does feel quite heavy on my eyes, but I'm getting used to it. It fits well and does the job!

The design and colour are lovely and well thought out. You get a lot for your money with a zipped compartment and a separate same shaped bag with moisture beads inside. Just pop in to the microwave for 30 seconds and insert it into the eye mask and just wear it while relaxing. It really gives a boost to tired eyes and its very relaxing. The material and finish is so good with a silky cold side and a snuggly side for when you have the warm beads inside. The cold side will be great in the summer, just pop into the freezer or fridge and puffy eyes are nice and smooth. I would recommend this product and it looks so classy that it would make a very welcome present for anyone. The colour would suit male or female and the strap is very adjustable

This mask is so much better than using wet flannels to apply a hot compress. The heat is consistent and is retained for 10 minutes use. My only criticism would be that, on the third time of using, although I kept to the recommended time in the microwave (40 seconds at 600w), the white side has a small hole, which I presume has been caused by the heat. It would be good if you could buy a replacement rather than have to buy the complete package.

Brilliant! Does the job and very soothing after about a minute, got a good night's sleep too, woke up with nice clean eyes.

I've used both the heat and chill side of this lovely item. I'm over the moon with it. It's well made and easy to use. It's comforting in both ways. Love it

Nice mask and quite comfortable, a little heavy on the eye lids. Cools very quickly, mine only stays hot for less than 5 minutes. Kept it as hoping in the hot weather it will stay cool for longer.

This has been brilliant.I suffer from blepharitis and the ‘warm’ option has been such a relief.Love the dual product option for use (cool or warm) - I can see this being really soothing and cooling in hay-fever season.Really quick and easy to prepare and then use.Perfect for me.

Lovely eye mask just seemed a little bit heavy for me, apart from that, it does the job great
