The quality of this brace is fine, but the design is questionable. It gives good support of the lower back and provides some posture support but is impossible to keep the waist band from riding up when the shoulder straps are cinched up.

This brace is like magic! I’m an old woman and recently started having back issues. I couldn’t stand up straight for more than a few minutes. This brace is so supportive and comfortable. I can stand and walk comfortably.

Pretty good product, but can’t say much more than that. It’s not very comfortable to wear, but what back support is.

If your back and or neck is really out of alignment this item will help you get everything going in the right direction. Don't wear it all day and not even every day. Just enough that your muscles will remember how to function correctly. The only problem I see with this or any support that fastens around the hips and waist is that it rises as you move therefore you must frequently re-adjust to keep it in place and operating as it should.

NOTE: when I ordered and received this item it was listed as a back support brace, not a posture device.This back brace is surprisingly comfortable. It provides a nice sturdy squeeze around the midsection that help keeps your back supported when you need it. It has two stretchy straps to dial in the amount support that you want. It also has removable suspenders to help prevent the brace from moving while you're moving around. The suspenders also do a good job at promoting good back posture by keeping your shoulders aligned with your hips.
