Great small clip-on hiking bottle
Easy clip on, good for shorter hikes, very useful/lightweight

Cute and comfortable
I have both this Hydraclick water bottle carrier and the clip in version. I got this one first and wore it to run in 80+ sunny weather. It's light weight, doesn't chafe and is easy to put on. However, it has the same characteristics as the clip in version. I froze my water to keep it chilled, and the water bottle "sweated" through the carrier creating a cool drip of water while running - not unpleasant, and it really shouldn't have been unexpected - it was hot when I ran. Then the ice melted and I could hear the ice making clunking noises in the bottle - until it melted. The lid sweats and drips after drinking, but it's just water. It's not a big bottle, but it keeps your hands free when running.

Outstanding product
I love this product ! I have been running for years and the summer months are awful with the heat .i wanted a water- bottle that I could put on my belt that wouldn't bounce or leak and this is it ! The clip holds it securely and the bottle has to be squeezed to get the fluids out ! Perfect for running ! Thanks

Just okay
the size is right, just enough water without being bulky for shorter runs. However it doesn't stay in place very well even with tight short bands. it can be a little harder to squeeze the water out also, unlike other bottles that I have used.

Bottle bounces around too much
I've been looking for a water bottle that I can run with on my hip and was hopeful this would work with it's small and light design. Works great when it's empty; doesn't bounce or pull my shorts down. But I need water in my bottle. With a full bottle it pulls my shorts down. I tried clipping it to my slim fanny pack and it bounces too much. what a waste. I do not recommend unless you just want to hold the bottle in your hand while running.

Perfect for short runs but not aerodynamic
I bought this because I need a small bottle to bring with me on short runs in the summer when it doesn’t matter how hydrated I am before I step out the door because you lose it al sweating in the first mile. Carrying something in your hand while running could cause form issues. This little bottle does what I need it to do. I love that the clip is super padded so it won’t hurt if it rests against your skin and the pockets on the side are great for holding keys and SPF lip balm. It’s not a very aerodynamic shape, though, so finding a place to clip it where it stays out of the way is a challenge but I clipped it to my shorts at the small of my back and it was easy to access and replace. As I said, it’s just for short runs between 3 and 5 or 6 miles. Not sure I could do a long distance training run with this but that’s not why I bought it. Overall I recommend it!

Hard to open
I thought this would be a good size to take a little fluid along on an 1 hour plus walk in 85 degree weather without being heavy and cumbersome. Didn't get that far since after filling it I tried to open the spout and it was so tight I decided to return it.

Works with some prep
This works fine for running when clipped onto a waistband, the caveat is that the waistband needs to be a little thick and tight to avoid bouncing.
