This is one of the nicer diamond painting kits I have had (and I’ve had lots). What I particularly appreciate about this one is that the design is lovely and vibrant (a sort of rainbow-coloured mandala), the item you create is functional (a picture frame), the frame blank is better quality than I expected (and better than I have seen in other kits) and the price is very reasonable (£12.99 at time of review). I was expecting it to be the usual clear acrylic blank but pleasantly surprised on opening to find the frame is made of a composite wood material, clearly printed with the pattern ready to complete and a choice of stand or loop for hanging. ALso included are a plain cream mount and clear acrylic sheet to protect your image. Of course you also get the gemstones, sorting tray, picking tool and wax glue that are standard in these kits. I do wish on the nicer ones like this that the manufacturers would include a small tube of sealant to protect the finished work, but this unfortunately is not standard. There are also instruction, though these are pretty self explanatory even if you have not done diamond painting before. I also like that it’s a nice sized project which will likely take a couple of hours to complete, but not days and days of work. It’s always nice when different sizes and finishes of gemstones are included, as they are here, and this is just as suitable for adults as for children (though the gems are very small and it is fiddly if their fine motor skills aren’t yet well developed). Would be good for gifting either as kit or finished product.

I have just started working on this diamond painting kit, and it's such a wonderful experience! Diamond painting is one of my favourite hobbies. I find it incredibly rewarding and relaxing .I just love this beautiful mandala style photo frame. I cannot wait until I finish it and put it on display. This kit comes with all the necessary accessories. The vibrant patterns will make the end result look stunning. This art kit is made to a high quality. The process is straightforward, and the instructions are easy to follow, even for beginners. I highly recommend this product. 5 stars!

This little set makes a decorated picture frame that can be given as a gift.The actual picture frame is ready made and partially decorated.There are markers to glue in the jewels and there are countless bags of different coloured and shaped diamonds.In the pack is a little plastic tray to hold and sort the diamonds and a tool to hold them and attach them to the frame.The frame can also hold a picture of choice.For a young girl interested in decorating a picture frame this would give hours of fun sticking the diamonds into place.I would think it would make a nice birthday or Christmas present.

Really pretty results.All the 5d diamonds are included Within. As is a tray glue pad and pick.This is fantastic for gifting to those of a crafty nature. The end result gives you a gorgeous frame for your favourite picture.Highly recommend for all.
