I bought these supports after hearing about them from a friend who loved her H series.These are very comfortable to wear, and for me, good for short stints of barefoot activity. I have an injury to one foot that has healed, but left me with a flat foot. After an afternoon of wear, I had to go back to shoes. However, I think that had more to do with the old injury. My other foot has a low arch and has had plantar fasciitis. That foot was fine for longer wear.As for using them with shoes that have no arch, the one down side I could see is that the dark blue really stands out in a summer style shoe. Otherwise, they were fine and would not be noticeable under a sock.

What a huge difference these have made! I’m very outdoorsy love to paddle board, mountain bike, go to the river and the beach a lot and I almost had to give it up because of the arch pain I was experiencing, but then I found these wraps which were made for wearing barefoot and so thought I’d give them a try and I’m so glad I did, they’ve made it so I can go back to doing all the things I love with no arch pain. And they’re also very easy to put on and get back off. This brand also has a regular arch support wrap too, which I also bought, great buy as well.

I bought these because I have terrible arches and do yoga and have quite a bit of pain being barefoot! They really do help with day to day activities and could even be a little more supportive for my arch issues. I wear them in shoes that do not have great support. For yoga, not so much. They really throw off your balance, but I can see how in other sports they would be great.

I ordered arch support for my wife and she says they are very comfortable for walking. She wants me to order another pair. FIVE STARS!!!

These might fit a small child but certainly not an adult woman. I ordered another version of these from the same company and they fit fine.
