Bought this for my frail father who was finding it impossible to get up from an ordinary chair.Unfortunately although it does seem to tip up quite a way he is still unable to stand unaided. I have not knocked a star off for this as looking at the prices on the specialist care sites this is still good value and do not think that they would push him any higher.The heat and massage is an added extra and helpful for someone that has little movement. The cup holders are useful too and the control simple to use.Easy to put together and no tools were necessary. It is comfortable and not too large.Was delivered before the stated delivery date and was well packaged.

Likes , all of it comfy, easy to put together (5mins) luxury at half price dislikes none except can't watch full movie as I keep falling asleep it's so comfy !!! Lol

For the price it's well worth it. Its the right size. I purchased it for my mother. It helps her a lot to get in and out of the chair. Sometimes she prefers to sleep in it at night. She suffers with swollen feet and legs as she does not keep them up but with the chair it's just a push of the button and her legs are elevated Brill. It helps to keep the swelling down

I use this chair every day. With having arthritis I use the massage and/or heat several times a day and find it such a comfort. Worth every penny.

Ok so firstly on assembly I found it very difficult to attach the back piece. Then one of the electrical connectors have been installed upside down so that the safety clip doesn't fit.On first use I found that the motor clicks and judders when trying to return to the normal seating position. I contacted the seller through Amazon and they asked for a video, you can't upload more than 10mb which obviously stops you uploading a film which I explained and they emailed me asking to contact then on a private email to forward the footage and of course,,,,,, I've heard nothing.To sum it up, the chair is ok for the money, a little flimsy on the armrests, stupid build errors like the connectors installed backwards, creaks a lot but it does what it says on the box.You get what you pay for, if you want better,,,,,pay more.

My parents are in their late 70s and my mom can barely walk. But they both adore these recliners!! Im so glad I got 2!! Best investment!! Theyve even fallen asleep in them! They're even soft considering they're leather, honestly I love these!!!
