Extremely well-designed
I have been using this bag for a week now and really like it. Some bags actually have too many pockets or dividers and the two sides are too similar, making it hard to remember where you put your keys or glasses or whatever. But in this bag, each pocket is distinct to both the eye and the fingers, and I don't seem to forget what goes where. The phone pocket works for the phone, I use the smaller zip pocket for my keys, and I use the water-bottle pocket on the narrow end for pens and glasses, since they are long and slender. The larger outer zip pocket works for personal things and I use the open outer pocket with the velcro closure on the other side for papers and coupons. I can also fit my tablet crosswise in that outer pocket - 9 5/8" x 6 5/8" - and still get the velcro closed. There is only one zip pocket inside the bag - that's the one with the security lining, where I will carry my passport and credit cards while traveling. I don't currently use the open slots on the inside. There's nothing wrong with them, but I just throw the bigger stuff like wallet, kleenex and guidebook into the main opening. The zippers work easily, and the teal-blue fabric has texture and sheen (it reminds me a little of moire silk). It may be nylon, but don't imagine ripstop nylon! This is sturdy, attractive and functional. So far I like this bag far better than any handbag I have ever owned. Life just seems so much easier when I am not constantly digging for my keys or glasses. You wouldn't think there would be such a difference in functionality between this and other similar mutli-pocket bags, but there is.

Roomy and excellent quality!
I bought this purse for a trip to NYC. It is roomy and the quality is very good. I love the crossbody design and the strap has a pad so it didn’t dig in to my shoulder. The side pocket will hold a 500mL bottle of water and nothing bigger. The back of the purse has a nice sized Velcro pocket that I used to keep brochures and maps in. The inside of the purse has a couple small pouches on one side and a zippered pouch on the other. (The inside looks silver because I used a flash. The inside is the same color as the outside.) The zippered pouch is equipped with credit card anti-theft protection. The front of the purse has three pouches; two zippered, one not. The unzippered pouch fits my iPhone X perfectly. The smaller zippered pouch was great for hand sanitizer and wipes. This purse held up to my expectations!

It does what it's supposed to do - very practical
It does what it's supposed to do.I'm all about practical. Sure, I have Coach, Brahmin, and Michael Kors bags, but I also LOVE my Thirty-One, Baggallini and other not-so-expensive purses and totes. I lean more towards the practical and functional most days. That's why I chose the NeatPack Crossbody Bag.Lately I've been carrying a Thirty-One small, zipped bag with a wristlet, but I missed being able to carry (and sort - because there are no pockets) the things in my purse. I needed something bigger and something that had different compartments. This Crossbody bag is great! It's larger than I expected, but it holds just enough to get through a regular day without carrying the kitchen sink (which I've been known to do a time or two). I can the above-mentioned Thirty-One "wallet", a smaller Coach wristlet, 2 different chargers (1 for my Galaxy Note 8 and 1 for my Kindle Fire 8), a water bottle, snacks like apples and oranges, my Bath & Body Works Mentha Lip Shine and whatever else I pick up during the day.The zippers work well. I hate fussy zippers. There is 1 long one for the main part of the bag (well, 2 zippers for the 1 zippered section), a long one across the front (where I store my kindle), and another across 1/2 of the front (I store cash here for easy access). On the back of the purse there is a Velcro'd compartment. I use this to store paperwork (from the doctor's office, mostly) and my 2 chargers(the cords and the wall adapters). The Velcro keeps the papers where they belong. Next to the 1/2 zipper on the front is a pocket with no zipper. My Samsung Galaxy Note 8 (a larger cell phone) fits snugly and perfectly here, for easy access. That's one of the best features about newer purses and totes is that they have a specific "pocket" for your cell phone on the outside. On the right side (when you're facing the purse and looking at the zippers) is a water bottle holder. Perfect! There are 2 zippers on the top that you can lock together using a luggage lock if you fell like you're in a high pickpocket area.Inside, there is a zippered section across the back of the purse. This is good for storing feminine hygiene products and anything else you don't want to fall out in case your purse gets turned upside down with the zipper open, by accident. There are 2 "slots" on the inside by the front of the purse. One could hold purse size tissue pack. The strap is adjustable, which I like. The only thing I don't like, is, if you want to carry the purse without putting it over your head, even when you pull the strap so it's as short as possible, the metal part doesn't "fit" underneath the padded part of the shoulder strap, so it's still too log. Maybe it won't be for you because you're taller. But at 5'2", it's too long for me.The nylon material repels liquid and spills.

Simply brilliant bag!
I looked for ages for a really functional bag to go hiking with. I've had several but they all had drawbacks, mostly too shallow, heavy, or with thin straps which eventually hurt the shoulders. This has has lots of pockets, is deep and waterproof. The shoulder strap is wide and has a moveable padded cover too. It ticks all the boxes for me and has proven to be excellent for hiking and truly functional. I can certainly recommend it for anyone wanting a lightweight and useful bag. Ten stars !!
