IncipioDualPro Case for Samsung Galaxy S5 - Retail Packaging - Purple/White

Looks and feel: I really like the way this case feels. To me it has a silky feel, yet allows you to grip it. The case is no bulky, and allows me to slide my phone into my purse or jacket pockets easily, but is not slippery. There are two layers to this case the inside and the purple outside. (I bought the purple and white one). The only thing I don't care for about the cover was the white got dirty looking after a few months. I did soak the white part of the case in baking soda water overnight and let it air dry b4 putting back on my phone. It did brighten it up some, but not all the way. I like the way it fits around the front of my phone as well. Doesn't bother my screen protectors edges.Design: the design of the cover is outstanding, meaning it is designed to protect your phone (not from everything). The tolerances and fit and finish are very good, to me this shows whoever designed & produced it did a good job.Experience: I dropped my phone on vacation while riding a bike in key west. My new phone with this cover on it was drug down the road as I tried to stop my bike. I even ran over my phone. I thought oh no my new phone is toast. Boy was I amazed. This cover took a beating and still worked, my phone still perfectly fine. The cover did its job and protected my phone from damage. I was really amazed at this. So about 200 lbs of mine plus the bike, and I still have a great phone and the cover still works great. Got huge gashes from road war rash etc.Customer service at Incipio: I emailed this company to thank them for such a great product. They amazed me by responding within the same day, and on a Sunday no less. WOW They even offered to replace my cover with a new one. My cover was under warranty, but still this just shocked me. Great product, and great way to treat a customer. They do offer a lifetime warranty if you buy direct and 3rd parties are 1 yr.

I have been a long time Incipio fan, although my last two cases have me questioning my loyalty. I absolutely love the way these cases feel, and how thin, yet protective they are of the phones. They are also made to fit really well. In the case of this particular case for the Galaxy s5, I think they may fit a little too well. My phone gets extremely warm in this case, and I worry about it overheating. I've only had the phone for about 4 months and this is already my second Incipio case for it. I bought the first one at Verizon. The inner lining was aqua and the hard shell was navy. The aqua colored lining discolored extraordinarily quickly, simply from commuting in my purse. My past cases had not done this, so I hoped it was a fluke and ordered this cerulean and grey one off of Amazon. I've had it on my phone for about a month and it has not discolored yet (granted, the grey is dark and probably shows wear less). I just worry that it is hurting my phone by allowing it to overheat when I use the phone for 5 minutes. This may simply be a Samsung issue, but I hope it's something Incipio is looking into nonetheless!

I'm very pleased with my new case for my Samsung Galaxy S5 phone. The blue section has more of a satiny feel to it than what I was expecting but it's not like it slips out of my hand or anything like that. The front of the case wraps nicely around to the front of the phone giving it protection if you lay your phone face down. The case isn't bulky at all, which is the main feature I was looking for and the blue color is a lot more vibrant and more of a more "blue" color in person vs. what's pictured. I'm thrilled that the blue color isn't as muted as what's in the picture. The price was very reasonable and I think worth the money. I've only had the case for a week or so but it's very durable and will last a lot longer than how long I'll have the phone. So, if you're looking for a good/quality cell phone case and like the color blue, this one is for you.

This is a pretty color, fits nicely, is easy to put on, and feels protective and sturdy. The buttons hard harder to push with this than other cases I've seen or tried, but not problematically so. There's a good balance between protected and accessible around the various ports, camera, etc.On the other hand, the finish of the outer case is strangely slippery. It's hard enough for a smaller/short person to hold this huge phone securely in one hand as it is, without making it extra slick. I would have greatly preferred a more 'grippy' or rubberized texture. My husband has an Incipio DualPro case for the Galaxy S3 that is very comfortable to hold, and I expected the finish on this case to be similar, but the feel in hand is totally different.

I love this case! I had an Incipio on my last phone I had but when I got the S5 right when it came out, they didn't have any color except black. So I thought I'd try the ottorbox type out and see if it was any better.... Ended up buying this one as soon as I could. I don't like the big and bulky defender series of otterboxes so I got the Commuter series but it had a hard plastic outer shell with "grips" that hurt my hands.this case feels so good to grip. Not sure what kind of plastic it is but I love it better than any other. Also have dropped my phone a couple (numerous) times and I never worry, and it's always fine. I even dropped it on concrete while walking my dog and it went flying about 4 or 5 feet across the pavement and it was fine. 5 stars. Love these cases!!!

I did a lot of research online and I asked everyone I knew about their cell phone case, pro's and con's. I even asked approachable strangers. The top case is the Incipio Dual Pro, but I have a problem. It keeps slipping out of my hand, or I have to readjust the phone in my hand. Yesterday, my first day, I dropped it over four times. I still love this case. I'll go back to do another survey to find out if others have this problem. I love Incipio and surveys. I'll be back!It should have 4.5 stars, but I don't know how to do it.

This case is awesome!!! The picture doesn't give it justice. The color of this case is amazing. It fits perfectly on my phone and is easy to remove and put on.

The pictures don't do this colour justice. This aqua blue colour is gorgeous and I've had several people comment on it. As I stated in my review for an alternate colour of this case, I highly recommend getting more than one so you can mix and match your inner liner and outer shells. This blue looks amazing with the light pink liner. Just sayin!
