Very good for keto+
They make doing the keto diet that little more bearable, giving you that "sweet" kick you need and helps with the cravings. Ideal for baking some keto deserts or adding a little to that lovely Greek style yoghurt.

Yummy goodness for a keto lifestyle.
These are yummy especially if you're a chocoholic living a keto lifestyle, so much so though that they're gone in no time for me which isn't so great when the price is taken into account, quite a high cost to pay for these if you're just looking for something healthier and sugar free to snack on, but may be more worthwhile if you use them as added ingredients for something more substantial or filling like granola bars, keto muffins, cookies, etc. These have just the perfect amount of chocolate to sweetness, not overly sweet but just right so that the chocolate isn't bitter. Would like it if there was more for the price which seems to have gone up slightly recently too. It works out a lot cheaper to make these yourself and I would probably recommend to do so without the inulin as some people such as myself may have digestive sensitivity or issues with inulin which I did in fact find out through eating these. The problem isn't with the erythritol in them as I use this all the time, I found the culprit to be the inulin.

Absolutely vile
I've normally been really happy with this product when other sellers have had them for sale, but this time I was massively let down. The entire bag is dusty, crumbly and clearly have been stored somewhere far too warm for a long time. Some chips are melted and stuck together, some chips are just pure dust, like the 2 on the right on my picture, I touched them and they just completely crumbled to dust. Not edible at all and can't even be used for baking. No way to easily contact seller to get a refund without going through a whole return process, and I honestly can't be bothered to do all of that and go to the drop off just for a pack of chocolates. 14 pounds down the drain. Will not be buying from this seller again, will be going directly to the website of the sellers that has never let me down in the past.

Did not enjoy this product
Used this for baking choc chip cookies, did not enjoy the texture or taste. Found much better and cheaper alternatives that have better taste and quality. Would not be buying this again.

Melted in the oven
Completely melted in the cookies in the oven, definitely not good for baking.

Pricey, but worth it!
These are the best sugar free chocolate chips. Most chocolate chips sweetened with a sugar replacement have a chalky feel or strange aftertaste and these do not! I use these every time I make something for friends with dietary restrictions. They’re a little pricey but worth it!

Wonderful Dark Chocloate Chips -- Even if You Don't Like Stevia
I love chocolate, and especially dark chocolate. I don't like all the sugar that is present in the mainstream brands of baking chips, so for a long time, I had to bid a sad farewell to chocolate chips. And then......I found Lily's brand! It's sweetened with Stevia instead of table sugar or any kind of corn syrup. While I am not a huge fan of stevia as a stand-alone sweetener (like for coffee or tea), it works very well in the Lily's dark chocolate baking chips. My husband, who doesn't like the taste of stevia at all, and who is not a fan of alternative sweeteners in general, gives a two-thumbs up for these baking chips!I use these for making an alternative form of peanut butter cups. I melt the Lily's and spoon a little into the mini silicon molds (the ones about the size of a Reese's cup). I add some Teddy's peanut butter (peanuts only, no other ingredients) and then top it with another thin layer of the melted Lily's chocolate. I pop them into the freezer and then take one out a minute or two before I want to eat it. A great treat without all the added sugar!FYI -- if you have a Whole Foods near you, they are $7 a bag there.
