People have different metabolism and react differently at certain products. For me, these slimming pills did not make me loose weight at all despite the fact that I kept going to the gym and follow a good diet. The only effect it had on me was to stop my craving. I stopped using them for about a month and I can confidently say that I have lost some few pounds while having the same lifestyle. A great product. I take one in the morning and it helps me to stick with smaller portions of food all day. They have also stopped me snacking too. I have been taking these for 3 months on and off and I've lost 18lb.
