No, these are just the foil wraps. I use CND Offly Fast shellac remover which works really well and lasts a fair amount of time.

Q: Do I need to file the acrylic nails before using the foil wraps?

No. The wraps just melts off the colour

Q: Do these take of gel nail varnish off

I think the tip I have seen on tv recently when doing it yourself is to only do 3 fingers at a time and to leave it on foe 10-15 mins!!! No use being impatient! I found it a faff to be honest. Also you must rub your nails with an emery board first to take the gloss off .

I don't think so. They are to remove soak off gel polish.
