I recently purchased the Cost Plus Gaming Starter Tier Gaming PC and have been incredibly impressed with its performance! The AMD Ryzen 5 3600 and RTX 3050 combination provides smooth gameplay and lightning-fast responsiveness. In Cyberpunk 2077, Red Dead Redemption 2, and Apex Legends, I am getting remarkable FPS (screenshots are for benchmark tests in Cyberpunk and 1 in RDD2), which has been fantastic for immersive gameplay. The 500GB NVMe SSD and 16GB DDR4-3200 RAM ensure quick boot times and seamless multitasking, making this an excellent choice for both gaming and productivity.A great bonus is the RGB lighting on all the fans and RAM, which adds a nice aesthetic touch to the setup. The lights are customizable, and they make the system look amazing, especially in darker environments. It’s also very quiet and maintains excellent temperature control, even during intense gaming sessions, which is impressive.The case itself is fantastic, offering a sleek design with good airflow and easy accessibility for upgrades. While the shipping was slightly delayed and the glass panel was dislodged during transit, the issue was easy to fix, and everything has worked perfectly since then. Works great does everything we needed it for

The computer came exactly as it should but shortly after receiving it, it began randomly crashing. I reached out to the company on several occasions asking for help and I was told that windows 11 has a bug and that was the reason why it was crashing. After some more self diagnosis and my own research I found that I had faulty ram. So I had to go buy my own ram and install it. The problem was instantly fixed. I never reinstalled windows. The product is as it said it was but the customer service is just not there.

The computer stopped working immediately after getting it. I have spent months going back and forth with customer service only to have them stop replying. I was told to send it back and then haven't heard from them further about the warranty or to get the shipping information. I'm unsure of what to do and since they took so long to reply it is beyond the window for Amazon return. My son still doesn't have a functioning computer. Awful customer service, will never buy from them again.

Great quality , great performance for the price ... only thing bad was it didn't come with built in wifi , but the supplier's quickly solved this by sending a USB wifi adapter now i can use the internet. They were very helpful and respectful I would 100% recommend buying from them .

If you know what you're buying, and you're looking for a good entry-level gaming system, this system is great. Not to expensive, and should handle anything you throw at it. Very satisfied!

It was exactly as stated on the listing, arrived with no problem, turns on and performs as expected. No noticeable noises, and the value for the money spent is worth it. Gaming wise it runs fortnite at 120fps with minimal drop off and can run league of legends at a steady 200 fps

EDIT: The seller contacted us and rectified our dissatisfaction. We will attempt once more and modify the review based on the second attempt.This was initially a gift for a beloved companion of mine and my cohorts. It was a joyous moment in our lives. I seen the reviews and was floored with the positive reception these products had for this company and placed my faith and my hard earned dollars into this.Now, the computer went through its Mandatory Windows Update and croaked. Windows was corrupted, we could not installed or repair the Windows files with a Installation Media USB.We reset the Bios and changed all the required settings to begin a media repair. Unfortunately, after turning off CMS which is required for UEFI systems, the system refused to display even the bios leaving us in the dark.I am thoroughly disappointed that this passed any inspection (if there was even any inspection). These systems should be tested before being sent to paying customers. Now, I have to go hunting for replacement to make up for this holiday disaster.
