The most comfortable shoes ive ever owned, very nice cushion, great support if you have flat feet, my shin splints are healing immediately. Definitely recommend if youre in pain with current shoes, i can do 9hour shifts on my feet allday easy peasy now

The redesign from 29 to 30 was pretty substantial and I struggled for a while with the new 30 feel (heel felt much softer than midsole). Thankfully the 31 feels more balanced. Very comfortable fit as per all Kayanos and a much more balanced ride

I have worn keyano for 20 years running 6 miles 4/5 a week I stuck with them because it was effortless as my 29’s came to the end of their running life I obviously went to the next numberThese are shocking too wide to soft not supportive enough slippy on wet roads I could go on ASICS you have ruined themIf you want trainers for walking I’m sure they’ll be fine but I’m looking elsewhere
