I'd been hoping to wean myself from three gabapentins a day down to two, but after about a week taking these daily I can't claim any reduction in burning nerves and restless leg syndrome (etc). The list of ingredients looks helpful, until you realize many of the key ingredients are included at minimally effective, and sometimes inconsequential, dosages. The capsules feel light and airy, and you have to take three a day to get these minimal dosages, so it seems like a form of packaging inflation. I should also say that I have tried many of these ingredients separately, and some have very sharp tastes and smells, and affect the odor of your urine. Inside these capsules are a smooth, consistent, white, tasteless, odorless powder -- which doesn't build my confidence in the product's potency.These are just my opinions, based on more than a decade's battle with neuropathic illness. I don't claim a lot of medical (or pharmaceutical) knowledge. Maybe this combination is authentic, and perfect for your needs. I can't give it less than three stars, since the ostensible ingredients are good (just in underwhelming amounts), and the vegan capsules are important. If money is not a big driving factor in your supplement decisions, then why not try them? They have a gold cap.
