It was like any other cheap noodles sold in market. Tastes very good. Only problem for me is the hesitation to believe this brand..? If there is no maida then good. Guess I will never know.

I like it
It contains 30% buckwheat flour, 60% wheat flour (maida) as per ingredients list. So the flavour is very light compared to authentic soba noodle. But still I like it.

Healthy noodles
Noodles are good. I haven’t tried Buckwheat flour till now, but I heard it’s healthy. These are good to go if you wanna eat healthy noodles. Rather than maida ones available easily in the market.
