I purchased 4 of this ergonomic chair and to my surprise its quality is better than I expected. I was pretty skeptical because of its price. However, the chair was solid and its casters roll smoothly. Assembling it was very simple and once you get one done the subsequent build is easy. Our office got several complements on our new office chairs. Not only that they look great, they are also very comfortable. The headrest and lumbar support are definitely nice features. It was worth the risk and truly gave a lot of bang for the buck.

Out of the box, I regretted this purchase. There were no directions (you have to download them) and most of the hardware that was sent was cheap and stripped out. The material of the chair is cheap, flimsy plastic. This chair is not at all what was pictured, I wonder if perhaps this chair used to be made of better materials, then it got popular and the manufacturer started shipping an inferior product. The way it was jammed in the box made me wonder if it was a re-pack. Do not waste your time with this subpar product.

I'm 190-200 lbs and I do not find the seat accommodates my bottom for more than 2-3 hours. Maybe because I tend to sit very upright and put a lot of pressure on my buns. The good thing is the rest of the chair has perfect ergonomics including the arms and tilting back. I never feel tension elsewhere, just my bottom.I need to buy another memory foam cushion or just get up more often.

It fits me correctly even though I am 5' 10", I have a long torso. I like that is well made with metal legs and it looks modern. It provides good lumbar support. I wish the seat was a little softer, but it is like a European Mercedes seat feel not a soft Cadillac.

The arms move, but the back lumbar support does not. I thought it did. The head rest is good though. It's not easy to adjust its height quickly while on a call though.It's good just not perfect but for the money I paid it does what I need it to

Liked this chair when I assembled and began using it. Fit my size well as I'm 6' 260lbs. It was comfortable until the lumbar support broke. I messaged the seller via Amazon just asking for a replacement lumbar support piece. They told me the chair was no longer in production and gave a full refund without asking. Disappointed in the quality, but the seller gave great customer support. Currently looking for a suitable replacement.

Online instructions are laughable so embedded up having to rely on diagrams. Seems like a good enough chair. I would have liked more seat and back adjustment options.

The chair has great support and the alignment is just right. Highly recommend!
