Versatile design. Work abs, lower back/gluts/hamstrings and biceps. Assembly instructions clear and concise. All bolt holes lined up. Final fit up square and true. Seems solid enough. Padding is firm but comfortable. Vinyl cover looks durable (TBD). Best welds I've seen since "Made in USA". Paint job flawless. To the seller, Body Rhythm, I don't know if you sole source the fabrication of these benches but, the shop that produced the unit that I received does excellent work.

Feels a little flimsy and cheap but it works for me and is a very good value at this price point. Assembly was straightforward.

Trae todo lo necesario para armar, no me sobro ninguna pieza 🙂 puedes entrenar gluteos, abs, y brazos. Es perfecto para gym en casa. Como recomendación cuando saques las partes ordenalas en el suelo de acuerdo a las indicaciones de armado que vienen enumeradas ( las indicaciones vienen en inglés pero es fácil de armar porque además traen números, mejor explicado que con 🍎 +🍎 = 🍎 🍎 antes de comenzar el ensamblaje NO saques los tornillos 🔩 y piezas pequeñas de su empaque o te va a quedar un desmadre 😉 😜 ve sacando de a poco solo las piezas que necesites de acuerdo a las instrucciones. Saludos vendedor gracias y que nenas mucho este 2024. Yo lo empiezo haciendo ejercicio y cuidando de mi templo que es mi cuerpo en el cual viviré por los proximos años si el universo así lo quiere.

I have missed the rhythm of this exercise equipment. During my time in the military I preferred back extensions and ab exercises. This brings back old memories, though painful and exhausting, my muscles quickly remembered this torture device.:) 😫 This equipment is like comfort food, it calms me and brings me back to the good old days. Thank you.

Needed a sit-up bench, this was the closest to what I needed. I'm good with mechanical things and assembly, but it took 2 hrs. to set up due to instructions. Thats not my complaint though, my complaint is I'm 5'-5" and find that the 2 pads that extend upward to bend the legs over the top are too high and the 2 smaller round foot pads below them that are forward to tuck feet under and hold them down while doing sit-ups could be higher. There are only 3 adjustments for each. Other than that it feels like a sturdy enough bench for that purpose.

This machine for me was very hard to put together. I finally finished. The machine itself looks decent. My only concern is the stand on the bottom of the seat. It looks unsafe and not stable. Overall fair.

Works great for multiple uses. Sit ups, preacher curls, side lifts. Very versatile and easy to change the angle for a variety of exercises. Assembly took about 30 minutes. It’s feels very sturdy and well made. Highly recommend.
