The first thing you notice when you unpack the Bill.F cutting board is how much care and attention has gone into the packaging of the product. It is actually in two boxes (besides the Amazon box), and is also wrapped in heavy duty paper. Opening it is rather like pass the parcel !Once out of the packaging the cutting board looks fabulous. It is beautifully made from Acacia wood, and the lovely grain is evident. It is smooth on one side, and has a drainage groove on the other side. The handle is comfortable to hold and has a hole to enable you to hang it up if you wish. It feels beautifully smooth with no marks or rough edges.The board can be used either for chopping/cutting your food, or as a serving board for bread/cheese etc.,In conclusion, this is a lovely cutting board, which would also make a lovely gift maybe for a wedding/housewarming, particularly due to the excellent packaging.I am very happy to recommend this board, and my only hesitation would be that it’s rather too nice to use, which is why I will probably use it as a serving board in order to impress my guests !

A lot of attention to detail clearly went into this cutting board, and this is made obvious even in the packaging; it's difficult not to feel immediately impressed.There are no rough edges or uneven grooves, and although weighty, it's so pleasurable to handle that my partner and I often find satisfaction simply running our fingers down it's super-smooth surface. It's one of those items that you'd almost want to delegate exclusively to cheeseboard/serving platter duties (and understandly so given it's quality!).While you can find much cheaper boards, I think the value of this is fantastic given the quality, and I was surprised to see it as cheap as it is. I didn't know of Bill.F before but I'll definitely be thinking of them next time. Very impressive, and this would make an excellent gift too. Highly recommend.

I guess you can use this to present your well cut items to your guests, and it will look good.I have no intention on sharing my well cut meal with my guests, so I will judge it on how well it works in my kitchen.The acacia wood is quite hard, so when cutting I do not worry about leaving large cut marks in the board, but then it is wood so regular use will show.There is a nice depression around the edge, so if you cutting anything that will leak this depression should hopefully stop it running off onto your worktop.The size is good, I can get a loaf of bread onto this without any problem, this should hopefully give a reasonable idea what you can place on this.The handle is a little small, it is big enough for me to hold the item but once I have a grip there is no wriggle room either way.How well this board will handle day to day use and how long it will last is all down to time, and well I will have to wait to confirm how it does in that respect.It is a good cutting board that has a handle, I have this as one of my daily cutting boards and will hopefully be using this for a long time.

First impressions of this cutting board were excellent, with its beautiful appearance and lovely feeling smooth wood. It is just about large enough for most everyday tasks I would need it for (cutting salad etc.), however this is for 2 people and so a family of 3+ would struggle to fit all the food on it. It has a handy hole for hanging it on a wall and cleaning it has proven easy with no staining.Of course with any cutting board you expect to see some scratches eventually, but I was surprised with just how easily it scratched so it’s beautiful appearance won’t last too long. Despite this, I would still be happy to recommend it as I care more about its performance and its proven to be a good addition to the kitchen and a much more pleasant board to use than our previous plastic ones.

Absolutely stunning cutting board, it's very high quality and looks beautiful in the kitchen, it's made with professional grade wood and you can tell by just looking at it it's very posh. We have been using it for about a week now and it's really good, it's definitely going to last a very long time and it's the kind of thing you could give as a gift to any foodies. Brilliant and worth every penny!

This is a really handy cutting board from the BF BILL.F SINCE 1983 Store.The board measures 23 x 39 x 2.5cm and is made of Acacia Wood.At one end of the board is a solid handle with hanging hole in it which is ideal for moving around the kitchen when you have something on it.Cut into the board as well is a small groove going around the outside so that any spillages are caught in it rather than going over the edge.The patterns on the board from the wood are stunning showing a quality finish to it with it looking equally as a centre piece in the kitchen when hung up by the hook.Overall this is a fantastic quality and handy sized chopping board without being overly large and heavy like some others and is well priced for what you get.

The chopping board is well made, Used to do a lot of heavy duty cuttings, no marks or cuts on it. It is light, smooth and good quality. the wood colour is rich and warm.Its hard to tell as wooden boards tend to deteriorate over time, but I like the style and performs great so far. A Fabulous addition to my kitchen.

This is a very good quality chopping/serving board. It arrived in perfect condition as great care was given to the packaging. As it’s made of tough acacia wood, it’s very durable, as well as bacteria and rot resistant - it looks lovely too.The board is nice and thick with rounded edges, it’s flat one side and has a gulley around the edge of the other side to catch any juices.It’s weighty but easy enough to carry one handed with the handle. As with all wooden chopping boards using the dishwasher to clean it is a no-no.It’s a very welcome addition to my kitchen, It looks smart so I like using it as a cheese or small charcuterie board. It would make a lovely present idea. Recommended.
