I have recently added Protiva to my açaí bowls and shakes, and I immediately felt a difference. I have more energy. As a busy mom and a vegetarian, I struggle to get the proper amount of protein and vitamins. This is what initially attracted me to this product. It is a quick solution to my health needs. Also, the collagen is an added bonus😀. I highly recommend this product to all not just new mothers.

I used it after a major women's type surgery after my Dr recommended Protiva because of the type of protein it contains. It definitely helped on days when I had no appetite. It has a mild vanilla flavor that can be mixed with any other flavor. My favorite was chocolate almond milk or in my oatmeal.

Gives me bad gas. One of the fillers also blocks the absorption of probiotics which I’m not a fan of since I’ve been taking probiotics the entire pregnancy. Garden of Life is my favorite protein, then I take collagen peptides. This one is also crazy sweet which I’m not a fan of.

I tried this while pregnant and could not stomach the taste. I chalked it up to pregnancy and put in the fridge to use after baby.. I have tried it again and it just has the most artificial taste. it is terrible

My doctor recommended this protein powder. It’s so hard with all the protein powders out there to try and find one that is safe to take while pregnant and after while nursing my doctor said this was the only one he would recommend. After taking this for the first time I noticed I had more energy and felt like it even helped with my milk production.

Terrible taste. I was really excited to try this, but I’m extremely disappointed with the taste. I’ve only tried mixing with almond milk like I do my other protein powders, maybe mixing with something else would be better.

Came damaged in the box, the company promptly sent me a new bag which was above and beyond and much appreciated. Very good taste, mixes well in smoothies and tastes great with plain almond milk as well!

I love this protein! So happy that it’s safe to use while I am nursing!
