My partner suffered really badly with her moods and depression coming up to her cycle, these have totally changed her moods and she fells as normal as possible without the mood swings and episodes that drove her and me crazy. Highly recommend for moods and they are generally good for health

I did not like that some capsules came broken or came already apart and powder/contents in the bottle mainly at the bottom.Some capsules are not 100% filled as they were broken and lost some of the contents.It is an expensive product so would like a better capsule used.Not fun gathering the powder at the bottom of the bottle to clean other capsules and also having not 100% filled capsules.I can not feel the difference in probiotic products so no comment for that as I cannot say I feel different with this one either.

Latest batch seem less quality than before. Lots of empty capsules or broken capsules.Have almost completed this batch because so many empty capsules and powder at the bottom of the container

These are great ! They work ! I suffer with anxiety and depression and these have just calmed my head right down . They are expensive but I was/am willing to pay because they do work and have made my life easier

Item defective. Many tablets split open. Item not cheap. Tried contacting supplier. Not had a response. Amazon not interested and wouldn't post full reveiw. Don't purchase this product. Bewarned

Gives your guts a daily clear out. Had to throw them away.

Difficult to be sure but these really did seem to help elevate my mood. Only issue is they are very expensive.

I cant say anything significant changed over the course of taking these as I wished they would. My mood levels are the same and probiotic effects well i still get indigestion from time to time. Tempted to buy another one to see if this will help
