The steamer didn't work and upon inspection parts of the unit were rusty and had had water scale. I was sent a broken pre used item.

This is a great little steamer with multiple attachments. Used it to remove some tint off some windows in an automobile. Worked like a charm. The water heats up very quickly looking forward to using it another project from the house, cleaning the tile, grout and windowsills throughout the house.

It doesn't do a good job of cleaning at all. It just puts out steam and doesn't take away stains.
