These little beauties are great, in all sizes. Good value for money and you can stock your freezer with them without too much bulk and they wrap neatly in a tea towel and off you go! They last for years, even with heavy usage…and believe me, I know that for fact, as they are used daily and nightly.! I would recommend all sizes but these little ones are the perfect size for limbs, neck and even to run along the spine without concentrating too much on the muscles either side. The larger one is a delight if you want a full back coverage, but I have many of these in rotation as every joint in my body dislocated or rearranges itself causing a great deal of pain and inflammation, so they are extremely versatile and easy to handle in this size, for many uses. They don’t take long to refreeze and using them by their designed timing not only helps injuries but extends their life, although in my case they get pushed to their limits and still keep going!! Definitely worth buying.

bought these not for pain but to cool down in hot weather , i froze them first then left in fridge , they work a treat , highly recommend

This product is amazing, really helps my pain from arthritis, keep it in the freezer so it’s on hand when I need it. Stores flat and takes up very little space, also it’s flexible so I can mould it around my joints. Easy to clean before it goes back in the freezer, can be used warm but I haven’t tried it. Worth the money.

Easy to use, just wrap in a tea towel and apply to affected area.Bought this one for a relative who has had a hip replacement. Helped to relieve pain and swelling.

I’ve bought two to be sure that one is always available for use. You could save a small amount of money wrapping it in a dish cloth but it works best in combination with the Rel715 pad bought separately. Excellent product that works!

Pleased with this. Only used it frozen and was a perfect size for injury - working well.
