I ordered these cards after reading an article about affirmation cards and their impact on reducing stress conditions and increasing motivation. I tend to internalize stress so I am expanding my self-care regime.Including 95 in the set definitely made these cards are better than another brand that I tried. Smaller sets do not offer the variety, making a set fairly useless if you don't resonate with any of the affirmations. I'm still getting used to the tone of the messages (which is fairly consistent with affirmation cards) and discovered that they weren't the type I wanted to use for meditation - I like more questioning prompts rather than affirmations. But, they are good to keep on hand as a reminder to take a break and focus on myself.I found the font difficult to read at times as white on colored background can be challenging.

If you are looking for something to keep you more mindful and in the moment, these are great to keep at your desk, or something to pull from before you start your day. The print quality is really nice, images are crisp and colors are vibrant. The cardstock is nice and thick and the lamination is really nice. These feel like good quality set of cards and the box is also very sturdy and will easily hold up to travel. Highly recommend if you are working on yourself.
