This isn't a cure all but it is so very helpful. It provides support no matter what position I choose to sleep in. I fond myself not waking up to the level of pain prior to using. This was a good buy.

The pillow is very comfortable from the start. It has a very smooth transition from the head indent to the side pieces where my cheek rest when I sleep on the side. The material is also pleasant as I am not getting hot. It too my neck a little over a week to get used to it as it is different from my other pillow. I am hoping after a longer time that my neck stiffness will get less.Definitely, the best cervical pillow I had so far.
