Just a moisturiser
I bought this as my toddler had horrendous nappy rash and due to lockdown I couldn’t go out and get the one we normally use. This came up on Amazon and from the description and reviews I thought it was a proper medical type cream but it’s basically a moisturiser and didn’t help at all.I ended up using Savlon cream out of desperation and it worked wonders. I usually use Waitrose bottom butter which I also highly recommend to anyone else in a similar dilemma.

Great for teething nappy rash
Love this, smells great, no complaints when put on her skin, I think some can be a little nippy at first. I've used this on a couple of sore patches for me too, will definitely buy again

Great nappy rash cream
This was recommended to me by my sister in law in South Africa. I was happy that I managed to source it here and use for my baby's nappy rash. Baby was on bepanthan and Sudocrem but couldn't get rid of the rash quick enough. This ones consistency is like mixing bepanthan and sudocrem together and has great coverage and got rid of the rash on no time. Pleasant smell too

Best Cream available, Really does what it says on the label!
I first used this in South Africa, it is brilliant. Best I have ever found, even in the UK.

Good
Does what it says on the tin, easy to apply and carry around due to comming from a tube and not a tub.

Good but slightly greasy after application
Nice cream really thick works well and does not irritate the baby's skin would have have 5 star but I found it to be greasy and hard to wash off my own hands after application a little like sudocreme bit that is a personal gripe would still recommend to other parents looking for a decent quality and affordable cream
