I liked how this product didn't have any side effects that made me feel uncomfortable in anyway the packaging was nice and informative the only thing I didn't like was the taste and smell its really funky I have to scarf down ton of water to get the taste out of my mouth i bought this product for the sole purpose of getting rid of my gynecomastia which isn't as severe as many others as the fat build up is behind my nipple area rather than most of the lower chest area so far I have gone through the first bottle taking 4 pills a day for faster results which is the recommended dosage on the bottle and have noticed small results which I am happy about so I look forward to finishing my second bottle to see how much more I can lose
