I needed a new tig welder but wasn't comfortable spending the vast amount of money most of them cost. Right out of the box I set it up bought a tank of argon and went to work on a homemade patio table. Enjoyed making it and added some character. Welded a chain around a piece of heavy gauge, sheet steel. I Then repaired a cast iron pedestal from an old grinder stand added a slightly longer piece ofmild steel pipe and there you have it. Painted with some car paint ignore the color it's what i had on hand for free. It's Smooth welding. Has great flow and was easy to set up and learn. Comes with easy to follow instruction booklet.

First I should say that for the price of this welder you really can't go wrong. For about the price of some accessories for a name brand welder you can have an entire setup with extra supplies. It is a great deal for what is included. It is a plug and play with all that is needed is a plug in. It performs reasonably well and comes with instructions that are adequate. The accessories are lower quality but still very usable for home use small projects. It is lightweight and lays down a pretty good bead with just a little practice to get the feel of it. Overall for home use I gave this welder 5 Stars. For the price and what you get I cannot complain. If you need a welder for some home projects this is a great option.
