I purchased two of these as gifts. I did test them. This unit is has a solid build. There are three modes:Tightening (RF: warm & vibrations) This mode feels warm even at the highest setting it is not too hot. It feels like it penetrates deep.Lifting (warm & EMS & vibrations) This mode feels like the tightening mode but also feels tingly.Puffiness (cold) I was surprised how cold this mode gets. It does take about 15 - 20 seconds to reach optimal temperature. It feels cold deep into skin even after completion.

I'm ssooo disappointed! Was looking forward to starting this regimen. Received the device charged it for four hours and used it for about a half hour before it started beeping. Charged it again for a couple hours and overnight and will not turn back on. Also, in order to return it, I have to have UPS pick it up and be present at the time. I don't know how I'm going to do that when I work. So not only did it not work but a hassle getting it returned

I had this product for two months. I was just starting to like it when the lifting mode just stopped working. So disappointed I spend $100 for some thing that lasted two months. Don’t have the time or want the hassle to replace it. Don’t even know how to replace it.

I am returning this product today! I should have heeded the Review warnings! Product would not charge! Received product on May 10, 2024 and returning 3 days later. Left it plugged in to "charge" but it never charged despite charging indicator light being on. Product never turned on. It simply did not work! Charger plug did not fit well, difficult fitting. This was a replacement because first product was never delivered despite indicating it had been. Word to the wise do not BUY until this company straighten's out the problems! It looks nice but the function is nonexistent!
