Required nails and faded in less than a year
Doesnt stay on and faded badly within 6 months

This comes in a tightly packed small roll. It's rubber and holds its shape.
Which means it does not straighten out easily. I had to use a heat gun and wood strips and clamps to make a straight piece that could be used on a step.UPDATE: Now that it is installed, every time a shoe hits it a white spot appears where the gray color wears off. Since it is cut, I can't send it back; I would if I could. I cannot recommend anyone buy this if it will be used where a shoe will touch it!

Worked well
Worked well for our application. Used it to cover the edge of our Dodge B1500 conversion van where the side door step is. It's looks great and is holding up well.

Zero stars if I could
Spent around $150 to buy enough for all of my stairs. I've had them on for around 3 months. They looked good and went on well but now they are splitting at the seams on several stairs. A complete waste of money and outside of the return period.
