The pumpkin animatronic is great! I love its creepy face and hands. This is the second animatronic we bought this year and the first one purchased from Haunted Hill Farm. Overall the quality is great on this one and it was so easy to put together- took 15-20 minutes from box opening to first scare! I’ll definitely check back the next time we decide to add to our Halloween collection.

The media could not be loaded. This guy is so cool! He worked perfectly every time a trick-or-treater walked to the door he started spooking! It was great. I let him stay up in the house for a while after Halloween because I just didn't want to pack him away! I want another one!!

Product looks great and when it worked was really cool so I was excited to add it to my decore but it stopped working after a few weeks. My boyfriend accidentally threw away the box which still had the option for the outlet so he had only put batteries in her. We changed those out but still didn't work. I called the customer service and they were nice and said they'd email me to try and send out a replacement part so I can plug her in to see if she'll work that way. Hopefully they do bc we didn't even get to use her for Halloween in working condition and have only had her 2 months now.Update they never actually sent anything to fix her and when I asked for a replacement of the cord she came with they said they couldn't send one and there's no option to buy a spare one.... which is ridiculous considering the price of this product and how it only worked for 2 weeks. I have other animatronic decorations from spirit Halloween that have lasted years! I tried this brand bc it's cheaper but the quality is not good. She looked good but didn't even make it month on display. Very disappointing.

This decoration comes in great packaging, with easy to understand assembly directions. The features of Lilly are also very realistic, adding to a great reaction from people. My son was literally air bound the first time Lilly lunged at him. Epic!

Simple to use, well made and very scary. I love that you can use batteries instead of an electric cord.

Product looks much bigger on line. Sound is very loud but it’s noise activated and would not go off unless I clapped my hands near it. It was a disappointment on Halloween night. Not worth 200. It’s heavy but on the small side. Wish I would’ve spent the $ on something else. Stability was good, sound loud , made good just small and wouldn’t go off when children went by it.

Called their customer service & they confirmed receiving many calls about the spring issue but still didnt know how to help best. Directed me to wait on an email I havent received yet. If I hadnt figured this out for myself I'd return immediately. So I created a video. Artistry is acceptable for the price. She also has very good range for detecting motion. The volume is great! The base supported her well but I like to use additional weight. All in all I like the purchase and she is about to be a lot of fun.
