or my level of exercise, the 7-day yoga plan in the book worked out just fine. Not just for seniors
This book shows how yoga can be accessible to anybody at any age, especially if you have mobility limitations. I don't consider myself a senior, but there a lot of traditional yoga poses that seem undoable without constant training. These exercises give you a sense that you can do anything! Great book and I will be consulting and using it as guide to improving my health.
