Not Recommended.
While the insoles may add height they render the wearing of the shoe impossible. Once inserted, the insoles totally limit putting the foot in the shoe especially across the instep. Added to that, the heel of the foot is almost out of the back of the shoe which then offers no support and a very unstable footing. Most disappointing and not recommended.

Nice and comfortable
Nice and comfortable, does exactly what it says. Obviously you are going to struggle to use the full height in ordinary shoes but work fine in a boot and individually they work fine in a shoe or trainer
