Bought this for knife maintenance, but since it takes standard ¼" hex bits, it has use all over the house.The features I appreciate:- Nice size and heft in the hand. It's a middle ground between the stubby, "ball" style drivers and the thin, narrow "precision" style used for electronics. The girth allows extra torque with less likelihood of snapping or twisting bits or stripping screwheads, but it's still nimble enough that you're not mashing things into submission.- Comes with the 3 bits you're most likely to need for knife maintenance: T6, T8 & T10.They attach right to the side of the tool with magnets, which is nice so I don't have to take the tool apart (like the ones that stow bits inside the cap) or go hunting for the right bit. I can clearly see what I have (they're also color coded). They're well placed so as not to be in your way while using the tool and the magnets do a good job of keeping them in place. You're not likely to misplace or lose them from falling off. (As an aside, Off Grid says they'll replace them free of charge, should that happen).- Handy around the house since it uses standard ¼" bits.It's come in handy for removing window fixtures and such while painting, for instance. Swap out the bits in the handle for ones you'll need, throw the tool in your pocket and you'll have it right on hand when you need it. As a carpenter, I have PLENTY of other tools I can use, but this is just more convenient. I leave it on the kitchen window sill with a bit kit for odd jobs. The rotating cap also helps a lot in tight and awkward spaces.Can't speak to the longevity of this tool, yet, but it certainly seems well built enough for the type of work it's intended for. The bits appear to be of good quality (claims to be S2) and fit the torx heads well. I'll report back if it craps out.In all, this is a well thought out, well designed and well built tool with versatility beyond your knife maintenance kit. I like it.

The only mild gripe I have is the bearing for the spinning end cap. It squeals loudly during use. Especially when tightening. The cap free spins only about half a turn. This doesn’t affect the functionality of the tool but it’s kind of annoying. But not bad enough to make me want to return it.Otherwise, it’s nicely machined. The thicker diameter feels good in the hand and allows for greater torque. The included bits seem to be of high quality.

Better than using one piece Torx set. Takes standard 1/4" drive bits. Easier to use on your pocket knife. Common size bits used in practically all folding knives. I got the odd size bit for a couple of of my knives, which fit into the tool.

Love the screwdriver, hefty, don’t need to put much pressure to break screws loose on knives, my T6 bit already broke though :( submitted a claim so we’ll see how good customer service is!

I’ve recently gotten into knife customization. This little tool is just the right size for work with the relatively small knives I work on. It fits nicely in my large hands and the spinner on the butt end of the driver rest easily against the palm and enhances the ease of use.
