Best Compression Sleeve I have Ever Used
I play golf roughly 4 to 5 days a week, and I developed 'Tennis Elbow' (I know I should calm my swing down). I was looking for a good compression sleeve with copper, enter Copper Joe. The price was right and I was willing to try anything to relieve my elbow pain. The sleeve fits just slightly looser than other compression sleeves, however this is a good thing. I can wear the sleeve all day without discomfort. It has plenty of compression to give me the compression therapy I am looking for. After over a month of daily use I can say it is money well spent. My elbow pain is under control and really is not an issue, aside from the days I forget to wear the sleeve. This sleeve is a game changer for me (age 55) and still playing competitive golf. I am sure without the sleeve I would not be playing as much or in many of the high end competitions I currently play. The fit is snug but not constricting, basically goldilocks.

Finally cured my tennis elbow
I had tennis elbow for 6 months and it just would not go away. Figured I'd try an elbow support and see it things improved. Found there are two main types, braces and compression sleeves like these.Decided to try both, picked these sleeves and for the braces I got https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07253Z16J?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_dt_b_product_details "Elbow Brace 2 Pack for Tennis & Golfer's Elbow Pain Relief".These sleeves provide some comfort from the compression but for me the main benefit was preventing me from bending my elbow while I slept.I wore this at night and wore a brace during the day. I noticed some improvement quickly but it took over a month before it was back to almost normal. Prolly wouldn't have taken as long if I hadn't waited six months to do something.I suspect other similar braces/sleeves would work as well but I was very happy with both of my purchases and do recommend both products.

Good for light workouts
Originally I bought these to use in volleyball games but they don’t seem to have enough elbow support but I found that these are good for around the house use like when I mow the lawn, or do exercises, and these wear well all day too, I just would not use them (personally) for sports that require a lot of active elbow movement.

It works
I work a physically strenuous job with alot of lifting, pushing and pulling. My old sleeves were thick and hot, so I thought I'd give this a try. It works just as well even though it's very thin. It's lightweight and breathable, and so much cooler in hot weather. I'm not sure if I'm losing weight or if the elastic fit is failing, but after a few weeks it's started to slide down out of place while I'm working.

A great alternative to CopperFit
These are a great alternative to the CopperFit brand sleeves. They provide great compression and pain relief and the fact that it comes in a package of two is just one more reason to purchase these instead of CopperFit. My only gripe is the shape. The CopperFit sleeve has a slightly wider top, allowing for larger upper arms, whereas the Copper Joe sleeves don't tend to taper as much. This is fine if you have skinnier arms but for someone with biceps the top tends to be a little tight. (Not a humble brag. I promise.) I may try to intentionally stretch out the top to see if I can get a more comfortable fit. Either way, they're a great value.
