This is the best tasting, easiest drinking muscle maintenance supplement have ever used. I've been drinking it pre and post workout for about a month and I am noticing quicker recovery after mountain bike rides, trail runs, and push up and pull up routines, as well as a real pump during. I have noticed a difference in muscle growth since I started drinking Reaal and I will continue to use this product.

First I am a REAAL Athlete and have been using REAAL and have been gaining Reaalmuscle for the past 4 months. This product is going to revolutionize the market for supplements. This patented supplement has the correct ratio of Essential Amino Acid in order to repair muscle, which makes you have more energy and endurance and has been backed by scientific studies on humans. With no artificial flavors or dyes this mixes clear and all three flavors taste amazing. I use this product pre/post/and at night before I go to bed. Works great and seeing great results. This is the only supplement i need.

I purchased this product and noticed that there was a discoloration of the powder on top. I returned it. I also called the the number on (10/22/2020) for product information and asked about the discoloration. The expiration date on the items I received were all the same: EXP:02/24. The gentleman I spoke to said they were no longer making that product and that expiration date was not valid because it was too far into the future. He also said they use no preservatives and if it was discolored not to use it. He couldn't explain the discrepancy in the date on the package. I'm not sure where the fault is, I also googled TWINLAB but very little info about their current situation.

Helps to build muscle with my lifting and bodyweight training workouts. I do notice if I take too much it makes me natious. Usually 1 scoop in the afternoon with my proteindoes tge trick! Great product. Good taste.

Overall, this is by far the best supplement I’ve ever used for fitness and general health. I have seen tremendous lean muscle mass results over the past year that I’ve been using REAAL. Additionally, all three flavors are fantastic tasting and stir clear. I recommend this product to anyone at any fitness level as you will be amazing at how well it works. I usually take it during my workout or after a run and I never have any pain the following day in muscles. It has help me grow a significant amount of lean muscle mass and I would say doesn’t matter if your just starting in the fitness world or are a body builder, this stuff works! Well worth the price, however, I do wish REAAL made 60 day supplies as well.

When this arrived, this is what it looked like. Supposed to be white fine powder. Came yellow, hard and lumpy. Dont buy

This is a high quality 9 essential amino acid blend. Finally a great pure amino acid product. I've been using it for like 4 months already and i am super satisfied. I'll keep on buying for sure. Just one remark on the dragon fruit flavor which is not my preference. I love the Brazilian berry more but it's a personal choice of course. It dissolves in water super easy and the taste is natural and really good.
