The balls played well. However, it is a new ball and it is not scuffed at all, so it does bounce higher before you play with it. If you are using this as a tournament ball, please make sure to scuff it off a bit before you play with it. I would recommend this ball. It does work well and it did not crack in the heat.

Good playing ball with easy-to-see color.As with other high-end balls, the ball is lively and long lasting. Good spin with a lively bounce.I did experience some balls going out of round in hotter weather, but what do you expect from a plastic ball.Overall, Thumbs up for playability…

After reading a few on line ball reviews I chose to give these balls a try. Our group usually plays with a Dura ball and occasionally a Franklin X. We’ve also played the Selkirk Pro and Gamma Chuck.I live in Phoenix and play outdoors so the warm weather can impact the ball. The Diadem ball did not perform as expected. It went out of round after three games and started playing softer, i.e. slower. I’d rate this ball as a C+.

I have been using these balls for awhile with my ladies league. The never crack, never warm. Really enjoying them. Faster than X40.

The product is excellent. All the products Diadem makes are great!I love playing with these pickleball balls.

I’ve tried a lot of generic balls with disappointing results, but these are in my top 3 (Franklin x-40 and Dura fast being the others). While none of the generics come close to being consistently playable for our groups, these come very close and have been holding up well. I highly recommend if these are favorably priced compared to the aforementioned brands.

Not the best for playing in the cold weather.
