Not cheap but good
I orginally got 3 of these as part of a Xmas gift one year, 1 each for fish, chicken, and beef. I liked them so much I ordered more but only bought the hickory (beef) ones. I know they are expensive to use so only have them for a treat now and again but my, how the meat tastes and the falling apart tenderness is worth the extra money. I admit I use the same type for all meats but, honestly I didn't find that much difference in the various bags I was given initially. Delivery was quick and efficient. They are really easy to use and clean up is a breeze so I would have given 5 stars except for the cost.

Buy these bags for my husband every Xmas. We love smoked food, and these work really well. You can use it for any meat or fish. We've cooked pork, chicken and lamb so far. Good for slow cooking. Would recommend.

Easy slow cooking!
These are always in my kitchen as a "go-to" for easy smoked pork shoulder. When having a large crowd it takes very little prep and minimal fuss, (leave it in the oven!!), which gives you time to be with guests. Highly recommend!!

Great for hot smoked salmon
Great for hot smoked salmon: cure salmon steak in 50/50 salt/sugar mix for an hour then rinse off before cooking for 20 min at 200c.
