Inspiring, exciting
My young son has been interested in jets ever since he saw the Maverick Top Gun movie. And I have felt deeply protective, proud of the Royal Air Force ever since that foul comment in 2021 from a recruitment officer deriding the brave young men wanting to serve their country as, "useless white male pilots." So, it was only natural that I'd want to order this calendar. As other reviewers have pointed out, this calendar is great. The paper quality is good, there is a significant amount of space for writing in each date, the photos are magnificent and the included poster will find pride of place on my son's wall. On the back, there is information about the calendar, like that the paper is made from responsibly-sourced forestry and is "widely recyclable." But more important to me is that it was made in Britain. So little of what I buy these days is locally-made, it feels quite patriotic to order a calendar that was produced here at home.I don't give many 5-star ratings, but this calendar has earned one.

Premium quality wall calendar, high resolution images of the Royal Air Force, recommended
This 2025 wall calendar arrived sealed in clear plastic sellophane. There is a piece of cardboard in the centre to prevent the calendar from bending whilst in transit, and this cardboard can be removed when the calendar is opened. The wall calendar opens out along the horizontal line to reveal a calendar measuring 12 inches wide by 24 inches long. The very top of the calendar has a hole to hang onto a nail or hook in the wall. The top part of the calendar features a full colour glossy image of the Royal Air Force, whilst the lower part of the calendar shows an entire month with large blocks for each day with plenty of space to write appointments or other information. Each week on the calendar starts on a Monday. There is also a large pull-out poster in the centre which can be placed onto your wall even after 2025. The calendar was published in 2024 under licence by Alltrade. This is an official Royal Air Force calendar published for the UK Ministry of Defence. The calendar is also made in Britain. This is a premium quality wall calendar made from thick glossy paper featuring high resolution images of the Royal Air Force. This calendar is definitely recommended if you are interested in the British military or aviation.

Superb pictures
This is a super calendar in the full-size wall style format.Nice to see that the producers help sustain the woodlands with part of the proceeds of the calendar. Each picture is excellent and will be a pleasure to have each on display for a month next year.Room on each day to add notes and reminders and ll special occasions such as Bank Holidays are shown on the calendar too.Although it shows that there is a bonus wall poster of the F35 on the deck of the Queen Elizabeth this is actually made from the month part of June and the picture of July so you cannot really use this poster until after the end of July which is a little odd.Mine was creased too.Reasonable value - should have three stars but got the four due to the quality of the pictures.

Impressive photography
This is a 12 month month-to-view planning calendar that features photographs of RAF aircraft, old and new. I really love the photography in this - and I am a photographer myself - because it just goes to show that having access to the ability to take these perfectly timed and placed shots produces great results, as well as showing technical skill. There are some dear friends in the pages of this calendar, as well as in the poster in the centre. The calendar is printed with vegetable inks and has good environmentally friendly credentials at the same time as being beautifully printed with crisp, clear, glossy images that look better than magazine shots. Anyone who has ever loved the RAF will love this. It is also practical with good amounts of space in each planner square so that everything can be tracked in one place. This is going next to the old Grump's desk so I can write all his appointments on it in red, and he won't get rid of it because he'll love the pictures.

Superb calendar - made in Britain!
A high quality calendar printed on sturdy papers with good colours. Mostly photos, 1 or 2 artists pictures too of a wide range of war planes. Lots of great big closeups. The underlying calendar pages are clear and uncluttered, just discreetly annotating Bank Holidays, plenty of room to write events in.There is a centre spread of an F35B on one of our fantastic aircraft carriers, but you will want to use this when the calendars use has passed, or at least from August onwards as removing the poster also removes some of the middle month pages.I don't know if its the vegetable inks but the calendar smells really strongly when unwrapped but it does fade.Made in Britain and currently £11 I think this is a fantastic item. Got a bit of a wait until it goes up. It comes in cellophane so good for a gift too as its quite presentable like this and not expensive.

Fantastic Calendar of the Royal Air Force in action
Ordered this for my office in my local cadet sqn. The item arrived well packed with a strong card backing and shrink wrapped to protect it. The calendar is landscape with pictures at top and space below to annotate dates/events.The photos are amazing, which the majority taken by official RAF photography trade. As a bonus there is a large fold out poster of the RAF's latest fighter, the F35.. a nice touch. The quality of the print, paper and images is second to none. Price break is excellent and would make an great present for any aviation buff. Highly recommended..A++
