Rubbish
It’s just a hollow tube ( no resistance) the chain is short and if you wear it it is impossible to get it up to your mouth, I did try and give it the benefit of the doubt as I am trying to stop vaping, got so frustrated that I went and bought a packet of cigarettes 🤦🏻♀️ it was cheap, and it is cheap and useless, I guess you get what you pay for 🤷🏻♀️
