Heavy duty Bookbags
The order was 26 bookbags but 2 zipper and attachment broke.. I contacted seller and they were replaced quickly. The bookbags material was strong and had several pockets.. Overall our friends and family backpack program was a success.The bookbags are of several colors and gender neutral. I would order again from this business. Customer service was pleasant. The cost was very affordable..

The quality of the backpacks exceeded our expectations. Excellent value for the money. Should definitely last the entire school year. Large size to hold laptops tablets and books. Would highly recommend this item as we donated them to a local school supply drive.

The colors are very good and the material is good quality the only problem is I think they need to spend more time and stitches these more so it can last. The stitching is very poor.

We order these to donate to our local school. There are no pockets inside but the quality is good. At only $5.00 each you can’t beat them.

Very poor quality
Our church purchased 96 of these back packs to fill and send to children who live in poverty for Christmas. We purchased 72 in July. 24 in August. The church buys the backpacks, the members take them home, shop for items, fill the backpacks and returns them. The deadline to return the backpacks was September 15th. 44 of the 96 came back with zipper pulls broke off. The seller says “it’s out of the return window” so we cannot get a refund or replacement. They did offer a “courtesy refund” on one box. Now we are stuck with damaged backpacks to send to these kids who really need them or be out another $500-$600 to replace them. I would not recommend any back pack from Wholesale Backpack or Moda West brand.
